In today’s world, scientific and technological innovation has led economic development and it has become a general consensus. At present, the technological transformation of enterprises is accelerating, the product life cycle is gradually shortened, and the market competition is increasingly fierce. The innovative model of independent internalization of enterprises has been unable to meet the needs of today’s high-tech global competition. Cooperations in the network have become the trend of enterprise innovation in the world. The essence of cooperative innovation network lies in the integration of knowledge among various stakeholders. Through analyzing the knowledge diffusion, knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation in enterprise cooperative innovation network, this paper establishes a model that can comprehensively reflect the value creation on the cooperative network of enterprises from multiple angles and levels, and explores the optimization measures of the cooperative innovation network.
Based on the analysis of the value creation process of the cooperative innovation network of enterprises, this paper studies the network optimization problem of cooperative innovation of enterprises. Knowledge innovation is the process that the enterprises in the network increase their knowledge stock after absorbing external knowledge and then generate new knowledge through the integration of knowledge in the enterprise. It is the key that the value creation of cooperative innovation network is the key, and the knowledge innovation needs External knowledge comes from the knowledge diffusion and knowledge sharing among enterprises in the enterprise cooperative innovation network. Knowledge sharing is mostly the process of realizing the flow of knowledge based on formal relations between enterprises. Knowledge diffusion is often the process of enterprises, through informal cooperation, directly or indirectly connecting and absorbing the knowledge of other enterprises on the network. Therefore, in the cooperative innovation network, knowledge diffusion and sharing are the process by which enterprises learn diversified and heterogeneous knowledge through cooperation, which is an important way to carry out knowledge innovation and realize value creation. The cooperative network of enterprises is the structural support of knowledge innovation, knowledge diffusion and sharing. Network relations are the key factors affecting knowledge innovation. Relationship strength determines the use of knowledge-based or exploratory knowledge acquisition, and thus affect the value of enterprise cooperative innovation network creation; from the perspective of knowledge diffusion, the network structure of the explicit and tacit knowledge of knowledge diffusion in the network speed and level, and thus From the perspective of knowledge sharing, the network structure affects the cooperation strategy among enterprises in cooperative innovation network, and then affects the value creation process of knowledge innovation. Therefore, this paper studies the optimization of cooperative innovation networks in terms of the relationship strength and network structure.
1. For value-creating enterprise cooperative innovation network optimization of relationship strength. Established the model of enterprise value creation and evolutionary game between enterprises, and studied the optimization of the relationship strength among enterprises and the optimization of the strength of the combination relations in the enterprise cooperative innovation network. The following conclusions are obtained: (1) The relationship between the strength of enterprise cooperation and the difference of knowledge width among firms and the depth of their own knowledge stocks are in an opposite direction. And it is positively related to the difference of knowledge breadth and the width of knowledge stock of enterprises themselves. (2) When the strength of the portfolio relations in an enterprise cooperative innovation network has reached an equilibrium, the strength of the relationship between the two parties is symmetrical.
2. Optimization Analysis of Enterprise Cooperative Innovation Network Structure Based on Knowledge Diffusion Mechanism. The model of knowledge diffusion and value creation of cooperative innovation network is established. The simulation method is used to analyze the rules of knowledge diffusion and value creation on cooperative innovation networks with different structural characteristics. The paper also studies how to optimize the network structure of cooperation innovation of enterprises so that the average value of network creation maximum. The conclusions are as follows: (1) In the early stage of the cooperative innovation network, the optimal cooperative innovation network has scale-less features. In the middle and later stages of the cooperative innovation network, the optimal cooperative innovation network has a small-world network Or regular network characteristics. (2) There exists the best network density, which makes the enterprise cooperative innovation network has the largest average value creation level.
3.The influence of structural characteristics of enterprise cooperative innovation network on the average value creation of knowledge sharing and optimization analysis. Establishes the game model of knowledge sharing between enterprises, and uses the simulation method to analyze the influence of the network structure on the cooperation strategy among enterprises in the cooperative innovation network, and then affects the value creation process of knowledge innovation. The conclusions are as follows: (1) When the cooperative innovation network of enterprises reaches a certain scale, the knowledge-sharing behaviors among enterprises and the network average value creation level will stabilize. (2) The optimal density exists, which makes the cooperative innovation network of enterprises have the greatest level of knowledge sharing and average value creation. (3) Optimal enterprise cooperation innovation network has scale-free features.
4. Optimization Design Research on Incentive Strategy of Enterprise Cooperative Innovation Network. A game model of knowledge sharing with input subsidy is set up and the simulation method is used to analyze how different subsidy strategies affect the cooperation strategy among enterprises in cooperative innovation network and then affect the value creation process of knowledge innovation. The results show that: (1) The subsidy incentive strategy can improve the average value creation of cooperative innovation network, but the amount of subsidy has no significant effect on the average value creation of the network. (2) Subsidy timing has an important impact on the average value creation of cooperative innovation networks in enterprises, and instant subsidies can maximize the creation of network value.
