With the increasingly fierce competition in the global market and the refining of the product demand market, the development and application of the rapid product design system platform is the key factor to determine the competitiveness of an enterprise. With the support of China Major Scientific and Technological Programs "high-grade CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment", the SLT series of the CNC servo tool holder is taken here as the research objective. Given the facts of high design cost and long supply cycle, a servo tool holder rapid design system platform was developed. Accordingly, this dissertation aims at the key technology of the fast design platform of the servo tool holder, and has carried on the following issues:
1、The J2EE technology is chosen as the design platform for the rapid design of the servo turret, and the functional requirements of this rapid design platform are analyzed. The J2EE architecture based three-tier WEB architecture, consisting of the network user layer, Web service layer and data information layer, is built. On the basis of dividing the functional module of the servo tool holder rapid design platform, the overall structure frame of the servo tool holder rapid design platform is established.
2、The affordance, a new concept from design methodology, is introduced to the detailed product design and accordingly the part affordance concept is used to design knowledge modeling services for the detailed product design. The product information model is then extended, on the basis of the affordance concept, to the affordance integrating FBA product information model, which enables the designers to model the hidden factors of the whole life cycle of the parts. An affordance driver based method for effectively reusing the detailed knowledge of the source program is proposed here.
3、Firstly, the case retrieval technology based on case-based reasoning is studied, and a hybrid similarity calculation model with attribute types for exact sets and fuzzy sets is proposed. For the fuzzy set, an aspect ratio method is proposed, which has the advantages of accuracy and simplicity, and a similarity calculation formula FSM for fuzzy attribute set is developed. Secondly, the assignment of the attribute weight coefficient of the servo tool holder is studied. In order to overcome the drawbacks of single weight, the concept of combined weights is put forward on the basis of both subjective and objective weights. The objective weight based on the similarity degree difference information is studied, and the combined weights are calculated by multiplicative synthesis. The global similarity calculation model is established by combining the hybrid similarity calculation model and the combined weighting method, and a similar example can be retrieved more accurately from the example library.
4、The application of modular and parameterization technology in the rapid design of new series of CNC servo turret products is studied here. On the basis of the analysis of the structural characteristics of the product, the series of servo tool holder products are divided into modules. The parts of the series of servo tool holders are parametrically modeled, and the parametric design of parts is realized by using the secondary development tool in the Solidworks. In the parametric design of the servo tool holder assembly, the hierarchical model and the binary tree abstract model of the total assembly of the product are studied. The data association between the parametric part model and the assembly adaptability of the component parameters are realized, along with the realization of the parametric design of the assembly.
5、In the design platform for the rapid design of the servo turret, the system web pages are achieved by the application of the JSP technology. All the functions of user login module, component query module, parameterized design module, CAE analysis module and reliability analysis module in the rapid design system platform are realized. This rapid design system platform plays an important role in the design, assembling and post-service maintenance of the servo tool holder products, and has effectively improved the efficiency of the servo tool product design.
