题目 基于快递柜的快递物流系统优化研究

摘要 随着电子商务、网购等新型服务业对快递服务需求的不断增加,快递在经济社会发展中服务于生产和民生的作用不断增强。快递业务的高速增长面临的问题是快递服务能力的不足与顾客对快递配送效率和服务水平的要求在不断提高的矛盾。我国快递业存在的重要问题,就是快递配送网络的优化及管理滞后于业务量增长的步伐,特别是“最后一公里”的问题没有得到很好地解决,快递配送模式有待完善。 为解决快递配送系统中存在的问题,对基于快递柜的配送网络选址布局优化问题、不同规格的格口数量配置问题、混合模式下快递配送车辆的路径优化问题分别建立优化模型并设计算法进行求解,同时提出基于远景模式的动态派件系统及其优化方法,研究结果为快递配送系统优化研究提供理论依据和技术支撑。具体的研究内容如下: (1)研究了快递配送网络布局的优化问题。首先对快递配送中心进行选址布局,采用基于三角白化权函数的灰色聚类评价模型进行最优方案的选择;再针对每个快递配送中心的服务范围确定快递柜布局的选址方案,通过对快递配送成本和客户取件成本等因素的考虑,构建数学规划模型,对模型采用两种算法、分三个阶段进行求解,以获得最佳的快递柜选址位置以及快递柜服务的客户区域划分方案,从而构成包含配送中心和快递柜的快递终端配送网络。 (2)对快递柜不同规格的格口数量进行优化配置研究。考虑包裹配送量需求、包裹存柜时间、不同规格包裹比例等不确定因素以及每天多批次的配送要求,建立优化模型,并采用由粒子群算法和禁忌搜索算法改进而成的混合算法对模型进行求解,获得快递柜格口的最佳配置数量,以降低不确定因素对决策的影响。 (3)研究了基于快递柜的配送车辆路径优化问题。对于具体的配送任务,考虑快递配送客户多样化、动态化的需求,建立数学规划模型,根据问题的复杂程度,分析一般遗传算法在求解该类问题的优势和不足,对遗传算法进行改进求解模型,首先,通过启发式产生较优的初始群体,然后把元胞自动机的作用机理和遗传算法的基本原理进行有机结合来设计操作算子,形成元胞遗传算法,最后求出基于快递柜的配送车辆路径的优化方案。 (4)根据手机定位技术的发展趋势,对快递配送未来的服务创新进行研究。设计一种快递物流动态派件系统及派件方法,通过借助手机定位追踪系统和地理信息系统获取人们的出行轨迹,然后由中心服务器进行优化匹配计算,寻找出时间和地点与收件人状态符合的辅助派件员及快递员,制定动态配送快件的方案,协助快递公司对辅助派件员进行任务指派,达到动态配送快件的目的。 论文通过对快递配送网络、基于快递柜的配送模式的实施与应用进行了优化研究,使快递物流系统得到优化,能够进一步提高快递服务水平,增强快递对经济发展的促进作用。

英文摘要 With the increasing demand for express service in the new service industries such as e-commerce and online shopping, the role of express delivery in economic and social development in the service of production and people’s livelihood is increasing.The problem of rapid growth of express delivery service is contradiction between the shortage of express service ability, and the demand for delivery efficiency and service level of express delivery is constantly improving.Important problems of the express industry in our country, is the delivery network optimization and management lags behind the pace of the growing express business, especially the problem of "the last kilometer" has not been effectively solved, express delivery model needs to be perfect. To solve the problems existing in the express delivery system, research on optimization problem of express distribution network based on the express cabinet, the optimal configuration of the number of different specifications of the express cabinet, the optimization of distribution vehicle routing based on express cabinet are described as mathematical models and be solved by designed algorithms, and then the dynamic dispatching system and its optimization method based on the vision mode are proposed. The research results provide theoretical basis and technical support for the optimization research of express delivery system. The specific research contents are as follows: (1) The optimization problem of distribution network layout is studied. We first to layout the express distribution centers location, and to choice the optimal solution with the grey clustering evaluation model based on triangular whitenization weight function; then for each express distribution center service scope determine express cabinet location scheme, considering factors such as the courier delivery cost and customer pick-up delivery cost, build a mathematical programming model, and to solve the model with two kinds of algorithm in three phases, and get the best location of express cabinet and the service customers division scheme, which forms the terminal distribution network including the distribution center and express cabinet. (2) The optimal configuration of the number of different specifications of the express cabinet is studied. Considering the uncertain factors such as the delivery quantity of the package delivery, the undetermined factors of the packaging ratio and the distribution requirements of multiple batches per day, a stochastic optimization model is established. Particle swarm optimization (PSO) and Tabu search algorithm (TSA) are combined with improved hybrid algorithm to solve the model which to get optimal allocation of the number of outlets express cabinet and to reduce the influence of uncertainty on decision making. (3) The optimization of distribution vehicle routing based on express cabinet is studied Firstly, for a specific distribution task, considering the delivery customer demand of diversity and dynamism to build a mathematical programming model. Secondly, according to complexity of the problem and the general genetic algorithm disadvantages improve the general genetic algorithm, that is, the optimal initial population firstly is obtained by heuristic method, then combining the mechanism of cellular automata with the basic principle of genetic algorithm to design the operator and become cellular genetic algorithm. Finally, the currier distribution vehicle routing optimization problem based on express cabinet is solved by using cellular genetic algorithm and the optimal solution is obtained. (4)The future service innovation of express delivery is studied according to the development trend of mobile phone positioning technology. A dynamic express delivery system and delivery method are designed, by using the system, gain people’s travel trajectories by using mobile phone positioning and tracking system module and geographic information system, then optimize the matching calculation by the center server to match the auxiliary courier and recipient in time and place, and develop dynamic delivery scheme, assist the courier company to carry on the task assignment, then achieve the purpose of dynamic delivery. Through the optimization research on express delivery network and distribution mode based on the express cabinet and its implementation and application of the, optimize the express logistics system, further improve the delivery service level, and strengthen the effect of express promotes to economic development.
