摘要 大型铁路客站站域作为交通网络上的节点和城市的场所,具有双重属性特征。它对于提升交通效率和场所活力,解决高铁和客站建设资金,协调交通和沿线土地利用的互动关系起到了关键作用。站域空间整体性研究主要通过对大型铁路客站与城市空间演化的相互作用机理进行深入分析与研究,反映客站建设与城市发展的协同关系,对把握高铁站区及高铁新城物质空间形态构成及其演进规律是一项重要的基础研究。长期以来,我国大型铁路客站站域空间建设积累了较多问题,诸如客站对城市的割裂,站城孤立建设与管理、客站与城市发展关联的内洽性不够等,体现为站域空间形态零碎无活力,土地利用效率不高,交通效率低,产业结构不合理,站域空间未能发挥其应有的触媒作用和催生效应。这是以往囿于客站本体研究难以解决的,亟待从站城协同的整体性视角开展针对性的研究补阙。 针对上述问题,论文以大型铁路客站与城市空间的协同发展作为研究重点,集聚整体性思维、系统论理论、交通引导城市发展理论等作为理论基础,构建了大型铁路客站站域空间整体性发展的理论架构,对大型铁路客站站域空间与城市空间演化的相互作用关系进行深入分析与研究,以期从站城联合的整体性视角引导站域空间建设健康、可持续发展。 论文首先从现实问题出发,通过对我国站域空间发展过程中问题总结和原因归纳,明确其根源在于客站与城市空间发展缺乏有效地整合与协同。进而从客站对城市发展的导向效应出发,基于客站与城市空间发展的耦合关系的解析,对不同城市发展阶段和不同空间层级下铁路客站与城市空间发展的相互关系及其影响机制进行探析,并对客站与城市空间演化的时空特征进行梳理与总结。以此为研究的出发点,从站域的双重属性特征以及交通与土地利用互馈作用两个维度分析站域空间整体性发展的内涵、本质问题,并建立理论分析框架。在此基础上,基于客站在区域、城市、地区等不同空间尺度对区域和城市的空间发展产生重要影响,针对客站与城市协调发展的可行性,从城到站,从宏观到微观分层级地提出相应的可操作模式,以促进客站与城市的整体协调发展。在面层面,提出以客站为核心的区域一体化模式应用于铁路客站站点的规划建设;在线层面,提出站线一体化模式引导城市疏解和沿线站点的共同发展;在点面,提出站域综合开发的模式促进站城融合和活力提升。并明确点线面不可分割,共同发挥作用,才能形成以客站为核心的集约化发展的城市形态,并引导城市乃至区域的整体性发展。其次,从站域整体性发展涉及的软硬件出发,提出站域整体性发展不仅涉及到规划的土地利用方式,还涉及到联合开发、统一管理等具体问题,需要通过规划、开发、设计和管理等多方面的整合途径促进站域空间的整体性发展。再者,通过对我国典型线路京沪线上站域空间的数据统计,应用分类比较法和聚类分析法对不同类型站域空间发展的特征进行解析,提出空间组织、土地利用、交通组织等要素的优化策略,并基于节点和场所模型针对京沪线沿线站域空间特征进行评价。

英文摘要 The large railway station’s catchment area as a node on the transport network and a place in the city has dual attributive characteristics. It plays a key role in improving the traffic efficiency and the vitality of the place, solving the fund problem in high speed rail and station construction, and coordinating the interaction between traffic and land use. The integrated study of the space of station catchment area is mainly to reflect the synergistic relationship between station construction and urban development through the in-depth analysis and research on the interaction mechanism between large railway station and urban space evolution, which is an important basic study to grasp the composition and evolution law of the substance space form of station area and new town of high speed rail. For a long time, the large railway station’s catchment area construction in China has accumulated many problems, such as the split of the city, isolated construction and management between station and city, and inadequate consistence between station and urban development, embodied in fragmentary and inactive catchment area form, low land use efficiency, low traffic efficiency and unreasonable industrial structure, so the space of station catchment area cannot play its proper catalysis function. Confined to the past ontology research of station, they are difficult to solve, so it is urgent to make targeted study from the integrated perspective of synergy between city and station. In view of the above problems, the paper took the synergistic development between large railway station and urban space as the research focus and the integral thinking, system theory and traffic-guided urban development theory as the theoretical basis to construct the theoretical framework of integrated development of large railway station’s catchment area and make in-depth analysis and study on the interaction between the space of large railway station’s catchment area and urban space in evolution so as to guide the catchment area construction in healthy and sustainable development. The paper summarized the problems in the development of station catchment area in China and their causes and pointed out that the root lies in the lack of effective integration and synergy between station and urban space development. Based on the analysis of the coupling effect between station and urban space development, this paper started from the guiding effect of station on urban development to analyze the correlation and impact mechanism between railway station and urban space development at different urban development stages and space levels, and summarized the temporal and spatial characteristics of station and urban space evolution.With this start point, the study analyzed the connotation and essence of station catchment area development from the dual attributive characteristics of station territory and the interaction between traffic and land use, and established the theoretical analysis framework. On this basis, it proposed corresponding operational mode from city to station and from macro to micro according to the significant impact of station on the spatial development of region and city on regional, urban and local scales as well as the feasibility of the coordinated development between station and city to promote the integrated coordinated development. The paper put forward the comprehensive development mode of station catchment area at the level of point, integrated station and route at the level of line, and regional integration in the planning and construction of railway station at the level of plane. At the same time, it clearly pointed out that the point, line and plane are inseparable to play a role in order to form the city form with station centered intensive development and guide integrated urban and even regional development. Secondly, through analyzing the hardware and software requirement for China to have a comprehensive catchment area development, IT points that comprehensive development requires not only collaborative development and united management, but also the essence of integration of planning, development, design and management. Furthermore, through the data statistics of the station catchment area along Beijing-Shanghai line, classification comparison and cluster analysis methods were used to analyze the development characteristics of different types of station catchment areas.This paper put forward the optimization strategies of spatial organization, land use, transportation organization and other elements after the problem analysis of station catchment area along Beijing-Shanghai line, and then explored how to grasp the opportunity of station construction and promote the integrated development of station catchment area by integrating the planning, development, design and management. Based on the node and location model, the value characteristics of station catchment area along Beijing-Shanghai line were evaluated.
