题目 复杂信息系统人机交互数字界面辅助设计软件研究

摘要 随着信息化程度的不断提升,复杂信息系统逐渐替代传统信息系统,被广泛应用到我国各大工程项目中,但对于用户而言,复杂信息系统数字界面中海量的信息、动态的环境、多变的任务给他们带来了巨大的认知负荷,大幅度降低了认知绩效,加大了引起重大人为事故的概率。主要原因是现阶段复杂信息系统数字界面缺乏专业且系统的设计,传统界面的设计方法和准则已无法完全适用于复杂信息系统界面的设计。 本文以研究复杂信息系统界面设计方法为目标,结合设计心理学中的注意捕获理论、认知摩擦理论、ACT-R理论及认知符合理论,开展了复杂系统界面图形编码、色彩编码以及布局优化实验研究,提出了界面辅助设计软件的基本架构及核心功能模块并通过原型开发和界面设计得以初步实现。本课题基于认知心理学、设计学、行为学以及人因工程学的相关研究内容和成果,主要工作如下: (一)对比分析了传统信息系统和复杂信息系统,提出了复杂信息系统人机交互数字界面特征和进一步研究要点,总结归纳了面向复杂信息系统的界面设计相关理论和研究方法。 (二)综合运用用户访谈、问卷调查以及焦点小组等用户研究方法开展了用户需求调研,详细分析了界面设计主流软件框架及功能,提出了辅助设计软件的基本架构和核心功能模块。 (三)从数字界面构成要素出发,基于各核心功能模块分别开展了复杂信息系统界面图形编码和色彩编码行为实验、导航布局眼动实验和Cogtool模拟实验,提出相应的设计原则,为界面辅助设计软件的核心功能模块设计提供理论依据。 (四)将实验研究成果运用于界面辅助设计软件中,通过原型开发和相关界面设计初步实现了复杂信息系统界面辅助设计软件的核心模块,为该软件的后续开发奠定了基础。

英文摘要 With the rapid improvement of informationization, the complex information systmens have gradually replaced the traditional information systems, being widely applied to a number of national major engineering projects, such as: the aerospace control engineering, the manipulation of aircrafts and warships, the monitoring control of nuclear power platform and the command of electronic information fields. However, the difficulties follow. The vast amounts of information, dynamic environments, and changeful missions in the complex information system digital interface brought them great cognitive load, reducing users’ cognitive performance, which may lead to major man-made accidents. The main reason is the lack of professional design of the digital interfaces in complex information system. In addtion, the methods and standards of traditional interface design are no longer suitable for the interface design of complex information systems. In the face of the new project of complex information system interface design, this dissertation proposed a concept of aided software for the digital interface desgin of complex information systems and preliminarily realized it through a series of research. Through user demand survey and the analysis of software architecture and functions, we put forward the core function modules and the basic software architecture of the digital interface assistant design software of complex information system. We analyzed the interface elements and the internal mechanism between attributes and user cognition based on interface coding methods, investigated the corresponding design methods and rules for the digital interface design of complex information systems and provided scientific theory basis for the core function modules of aided design software by experimental research. The main work of this dissertation is as follows: 1. According to the properties of the complex information system, we compared the complex information system interface with the traditional digital interface from both system level and interface level and analyzed the characteristic of the digital interface of complex information systems. 2. By applying the method of user interviews, questionnaire survey and focus group, we conducted a series of user research, and then built the basic framework and proposed a few core function modules of aided design software by combining with the results of the analysis of mainstream software. 3. Based on the fundamental elements of digital interface, we carried out the experimental studies of graphical coding, color coding and navigation layout, and then extracted and analyzed the data of user behavior, eye movement and software simulation, and finally summarized the relevant design methods and standards for complex information sysytem design. 4. This topic is a combination of theory research and practical application and the aided interface design software of complex information system can help the developers design interface efficiently and improve the overall level of the complex information system interface design, playing an important role on enhancing the level of national defense and the design of national major project systems.
