摘要 载体是爱国主义教育系统中的关键性要素。文化与爱国主义教育之间关系紧密,文化以载体的形式进入爱国主义教育系统进而推动教育的顺利开展已是社会普遍现象。进入中国特色社会主义新时代,社会主义先进文化的大发展大繁荣开启了新征程,爱国主义教育的文化性日益彰显,为爱国主义教育文化载体建设提供了更加广阔的发展空间。本文主要是从文化的视角全面探究我国爱国主义教育载体,从而推动爱国主义教育文化载体建设,增强爱国主义教育的吸引力、感染力、有效性与针对性。 爱国主义教育文化载体从本质来讲,是伴随文化流变而易的客观存在,是负载价值意义的符号体系,是传递价值意义的媒介工具。爱国主义教育文化载体作为载体的特殊形式,表现出“三个统一”的特征:意识形态性、艺术形象性与器用性的有机统一;稳定性、发展性与敏感性的有机统一;多样性、区域性与共通性的有机统一。 爱国主义教育文化载体关涉两个重要的概念:文化与爱国主义教育。爱国主义教育文化载体是在文化与爱国主义教育的内、外契合中产生,并且在内部矛盾、社会实践、国家行政力量、社会协同以及倒逼压力等动力的共同作用下与时俱进地发展,且其发展形态遵循着“语言——文字——活字印刷术和书籍——广播、电话、电视、报纸等大众传媒——网络计算机等新兴大众传媒”的逻辑进程。纵览爱国主义教育文化载体的发展历程,呈现出趋向超越时空囿限的科技化、趋向多样融合共生的综合化、趋向普遍参与在场的大众化以及趋向加速流变断裂的风险化的发展趋势。 伴随文化的发展演进,爱国主义教育文化载体在其漫长的历史岁月中逐渐沉淀出具有约定俗成文化象征意义的、深嵌社会内部结构的典型样式。按照不同事物呈现形式以及发生作用机制的差异性,将爱国主义教育文化载体划分为三大体系:符号体系、组织体系与仪式体系,同时又对符号体系中的语言、建筑场馆,组织体系中的大众传媒、规章制度以及榜样人物,仪式体系中的文艺与民俗节日等代表性文化载体样式进行了全面阐述。 爱国主义教育文化载体具有显著的价值功能,对内保证了爱国主义教育系统的完整性,增强爱国主义教育的有效性;对外能够存储文化,唤起公民文化记忆;选择文化,塑造公民文化身份;传递文化,寻求公民文化认同;创新文化,整合社会意识形态。爱国主义教育文化载体价值功能的发挥与彰显需要满足一系列的主客观条件:必须能够反映社会主导价值,满足受教育者的需要,需要精致的包装美化与宣传推介,同时能够把握大众的社会心理。此外,爱国主义教育文化载体价值功能的实现,必须要遵循以人为本、集成优化、继承与创新相统一、理论建构与身体实践相统一等基本原则。 当代中国爱国主义教育文化载体的建设发展既取得了显著的成就又存在着突出的问题。围绕社会主义精神文明建设,爱国主义教育文化载体实现了与时俱进地扩容发展;伴随文化强国战略的推进,其影响力与辐射面实现了与日俱增。在文化全球化、市场化与信息化的时代背景下,爱国主义教育文化载体的建设与发展是机遇与挑战的并存,尤其存在的主要问题不容小觑。去地方化、去意识形态性、祛魅化的的异质文化严重消解着爱国主义教育文化载体的价值;乡村文化的失落凋敝与城市文化的盲目世俗严重阻滞着爱国主义教育文化载体的建设发展;同时分散多样的民族文化以及中国文化发展的弱势地位也在解构爱国主义教育文化载体的功能。 爱国主义教育文化载体的建设要辩证地处理这一过程中的矛盾关系:社会效益与经济效益的辩证统一,民族性与世界性的辩证统一,文化加载与文化卸载的辩证统一。此外,爱国主义教育文化载体建设要加强家庭文化、学校文化、单位文化、朋辈群体文化、精英群体文化等群体性文化建设,以期形成多管齐下的综合效应。同时要通过继承与弘扬中华民族优秀传统文化,坚守与发扬革命文化,繁荣与发展中国特色社会主义先进文化持续构建爱国主义教育文化载体的独特标识,保障其鲜明的意识形态性与民族性。爱国主义教育文化载体的建设作为一项系统工程,离不开一系列制度机制的保障,要确立领导工作机制、保障机制、动力机制、评估反馈机制等,从而全面推动爱国主义教育文化载体持续良性地构建。

英文摘要 The educational carrier is a crucial element in the patriotism education system. There is a close relationship between culture and patriotism education. With the great development and prosperity of the advanced socialist culture has opened up a new journey in a New Era of Socialism, the culture in patriotism education is becoming more and more obvious, which provides a broader development space for the cultural carrier of patriotism education. This article is a comprehensive exploration of cultural carrier of patriotic education from the perspective of culture, so as to promote culture carrier construction, and enhance the attractiveness, appeal, effectiveness and relevance of patriotic education. In essence, the cultural carrier is an objective reality which accompanies the cultural evolution, is a symbolic system with value, and it also is a means of transmitting the value. The cultural carrier shows "three unity" features, the organic unity of ideology, artistry and usability; the organic unity of stability, development and sensitivity; the organic unity of diversity, regional and commonality. The cultural carrier of patriotism education is related to two important concepts, culture and patriotism education. It emerges and develops with the internal contradictions, social practice, state administrative power, social cooperation and forced pressure. And its development forms follow the logic process of "language - text - movable type printing and books - radio, telephone, television, newspapers and other mass media - network computer and other emerging mass media". Besides, its development tendency shows that technological, integrated, popular and risky. With the development of culture, the cultural carrier of patriotism education has formed its typical style, which can be divided into three systems, symbol system, organizational system and ritual system. And we will give a comprehensive interpretation of language, construction venues and organizational system in the symbol system; mass media, rules and regulations as well as example people in the organizational system; the literature and folk festivals in the ritual system. The cultural carrier of patriotism education has a significant value which includes the internal and external function. The cultural carrier of patriotism education needs to meet a series of subjective and objective conditions. It must be able to reflect the social leading value. It can meet the needs of education object. What’s more, it needs refined packaging and publicity and promotion as well as grasping the public’s social psychology. In addition, it must follow the basic principles such as people-oriented, integrated optimization, unity of inheritance and innovation, unity of theoretical construction and physical practice. The development of the cultural carieer on patriotism education has made remarkable achievements as well as serious problems in the modern China. Around the socialist spiritual civilization construction, the cultural carieer on patriotism education has achieved development with the times. Besides, its influence and radiation surface has been increasing day by day with the promotion of the strategy on cultural power. At the background of globalization, marketization and information, the cultural carrier of patriotism education confronts with opportunities and challenges. Especially, we can’t underestimate the main problems. The heterogeneous cultures such as non-localization, non-ideology and non-sanctification digest the value of cultural carrier of patriotism education. The loss of rural culture and the secular difference of urban culture block the construction and development of cultural carrier of patriotism education. Meanwhile, decentralized ethnic culture and the weak development of Chinese culture also deconstruct the function of cultural carrier of patriotism education. The construction of cultural carrier of patriotism education should dialectically deal with the contradictory relationship in this process. Furthermore, it needs lay emphasis on the construction of group culture, such as the family culture, school culture, unit culture, peer group culture, elite group culture and so on. At the same time, we should make efforts to construct the unique identity of the cultural carrier of patriotism education according to inheriting and carrying forward the outstanding traditional culture of China, sticking with and carrying forward the revolutionary culture, flourishing and developing the advanced socialist culture. The last but not least, the construction of cultural carrier of patriotism education needs the protection of a series of institutional mechanisms. Such as the leading working mechanism, security mechanism, dynamic mechanism, assessment feedback mechanism and so on.
